Creating a powerful performance improvement strategy in your workplace CAN impact overall company results.

Businesses are seeking innovative ways to improve employee performance and produce more results with the staff that they have.  Using the Performance Appraisal in a more effective way can increase those desired results.  Appraisals, often negative and ineffective, reframed and revised become a viable option for improving the workplace culture, moral and the overall performance of staff.

Impossible, you may think.  But on this video conference call, I will show you exactly how we are working with organizations to attain just that.

Learn:

  1. How to develop a sustainable culture of performance, accountability and collaboration
  2. Create a measurable breakthrough in the performance of the leaders, managers and staff
  3. Implement an effective and motivational Performance Improvement System

As the economy begins its rise from this painful recession, business preparation for recovery will likely be different than it has in the past.  What’s being predicted is a ‘jobless rebound’ in which companies opt for continuing with their current workforce rather than ramping up to previous levels.  Their strategy would be to find out how to get more results from the same number of people . . . or perhaps fewer.  The issue is that you do not have the tools to make that strategy work.

One of the widespread weaknesses in the corporate world is the lack of effective and popular performance appraisal tools.  Most companies either have a system that doesn’t lend itself to authentic review and performance improvement -- or one that does not supply relevant data upon which to base a meaningful assessment. In addition, most systems are top down models that do not foster collaborative strategies with the employee and manager; and then have no ongoing system of consistent review, revision and coaching for success.

Moreover, most executives and managers ignore or procrastinate their responsibilities in this area because they simply don’t know what to say to their direct reports.  Their attention too often focuses on what’s missing in the behavior and performance of their people, and so they are uncomfortable and ill equipped to have these difficult conversations.  In addition, the accomplishments of staff too often disappear in the constant flow of work.

The cost is that people are victimized by a system that does not adequately establish nor measure the results they are responsible for achieving within a year.  As a result, people are unable to influence, control, or contribute to their salary increases or promotion potential.  They become disaffected, frustrated and leave.

The Performance Improvement System shifts this old performance appraisal paradigm to one of collaboration, coaching and employee engagement.  The results within organizations are palpable.  The energy within the entire organization shifts.

What would it be like in your organization if performance appraisals were improvement plans and they taught employees how to be "masters of results"?

How would your workplace change if managers didn't dread performance appraisals but looked forward to them?

During this one hour video conference you will learn:

  1. The Five Principles of Transformation
  2. How to Implement a Performance Improvement System
  3. Details of How the Performance Improvement System Works
  4. Results that Your Company Can Achieve with an Effective System
